Hi Team,

I will be conducting a series of upselling workshops to help all of us learn various methods of upselling and feel more confident when approaching guests. We offer a range of products at the tower, including Skywalk, VR experiences, multiple attraction passes, ultimate passes, retail items and more.

Over the next couple of weeks, I will be hosting several workshops with everyone to explore different upselling techniques, discuss what we can do differently, and learn from one another. These sessions will provide the necessary information for me to develop modules and training manuals, which we will use in the next steps to put our learnings into practice.

The upselling workshops will run for the next couple of months, and I aim to ensure that each of you participates in at least one workshop. My goal is for everyone to feel more confident when approaching guests to upsell and to be knowledgeable about various upselling strategies.

You may have noticed by the time this post is released your names will be highlighted in purple for certain days with the heading upselling workshop on the roster. These will be the day’s I’m conduction my workshops for right now (hopefully sometime throughout the day)
